The factory building is been constructed in compliance with standard building code after receipt of authentic approval of CDA for six storied state-of-art technology building. It is especially designed for RMG factory keeping the compliance code required for compliance factory setup such as wide space between the pillars, two wide stairs, and adequate windows for proper ventilation.

Water Source : Both WASA and Earth water with proper treatment method.
Electricity : 440 Volt, 510 KW HT ( 11000 KV High Tense) line.
Emergency Power Backup : Brand new diesel powered generator of 265 KVA Capacity assembled in Uk with Volvo engine and Mecallte Alternator.
Electrification : Over head aluminum channel line in compliance of electrical safety code.
Gas Connection : Application approved and Connection is in process.
Electric Boiler : 16 Iron Capacity electric steam iron line in compliance with electrical safety code.
Equipment : Industrial Exhaust Fan, cleaning materials etc.
Fire Fighting Equipment : Naffco supplied hydrant system & Fire doors , Honeywell manufactured automated fire & smoke detection system
Vehicle : 2 units Toyota car & 1 unit ISUZU 20 foot cover van.
Machines : a) Sewing Machines : 310 nos. b) Special Machines : 50 nos.
